I am Mariah Rodrigues: a creative and sensual soul who wants to share my passion for the health fashion, love of people, animals, plants, business and life with you.
Determination is the force that moves me in everything I do. I dominated motherhood with two wonderful, healthy and loving children, being a successful woman with different businesses in the world of fashion, real estate investments, finance and as a writer, releasing my first book to the world: “Exotica”(we can find it in English in digital format on amazon.com)
When I was just 7 years old, I started watching my mother sewing beautiful dresses for our family and the whole neighborhood. And from there I decided to work and do my own business in the fashion business. I opened several highly successful stores that sold the best and most famous brands in Brazil. And some franchises. The success in Brazil reached the height of where I wanted and dreamed. That’s where I decided to start a new project and much more intriguing and innovative for a girl from the Brazilian countryside: exploring the USA.
In 1998 I moved to the North America with my two children, I went to live on an island called Key Biscayne. I noticed that the women who lived there needed more different, sensual, elegant and healthy clothes. My focus has always been to respect the nature. Our handmade clothes could be a solution to having a healthier planet.
I decided 23 years ago to create the first organic clothing collection, all handmade and 100% cotton.
The by Mariah brand, turned to the best resorts in the USA, where in less than a year already I was recognized in Miami for the success of the clothes that were unique and differentiated.
I constantly challenge myself to rise above standards and break norms to succeed in my goals, while carrying a deep-rooted aspiration to reach the top of the mountains as I embark on a new journey. Let’s go together. Love you!

We take great care of our products from the first stages of conception to the care of delivery. Our clothes will be delivered sanitized and scented with the essence of Pitanga, which helps to strengthen self-confidence, self-love and common sense with joy and kindness. Our handmade clothes are made through 5 different types of work: Hand loom, Bilro, Crochet, Knitting, and Macrame. The material we use is 100% cotton thread.
Cotton is one of the best-known natural fabrics in the world, obtained from the white fiber of vegetable origin that covers the cotton seeds. The cotton fabric has great durability and quality, it is ideal for summer and tropical climates, as it has a high heat absorption capacity, in addition to being a comfortable fiber.
We try to use organic material for our accessories, coming straight from nature, such as wood, bamboo and natural stones.
Our social contribution with By Mariah will be to donate 7% of all profits to the association of the visually impaired in Santa Catarina, Brazil.
We seek to encourage manual and artesanal production in Brazil with lots of love and joy, stimulating the economy of the region and our country. We wish you to benefit from our powerful positive energy and peace. We believe in sustainability in relation to time, our health and the health of nature.
